Korean Air
After four major crashes between 1997 and 1999 Korean Air adopted some serious safety programs and needed to increase awareness of its these programs and initiatives to regain credibility among regulators, influencers, passengers and its own employees. (read more)

Valley Metro Rail
The new CEO of Valley Metro Rail learned that construction was going to take two years longer and cost approximately $2 million more than estimated. In addition, a new Mayor of Phoenix had been elected, was now Chairman of the rail board of directors and was not as passionate about rail as his predecessor.

Subway Restaurants
After a number of incidents at Valley SUBWAY restaurants, including the shooting of a pregnant woman during a robbery, the franchisees determined that they needed to elevate their community-minded image. Each restaurant owner had been participating individually in their respective communities by donating everything from sandwiches to cash to local nonprofit groups. (read more)

Transit 2000
Phoenix voters have twice, over the past 15 years, voted down taxing themselves for transit programs. In 2000, the Phoenix City Council once again asked business and civic leaders to try to pass a transit referendum with bus, express bus, bike and rail components.
